We accept VISA, MC, & Discover through PayPal. Payment is required at the time order is placed and processing time does not begin until you have ordered and paid.
Delays in payments will delay the starting "make time" of your custom order. Please note: If you pay via PayPal echeck, your order will be in a "pending" status until the echeck clears Paypal on my end. Once clear, your order will be processed.
Texas residents: 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order.

-Rush Orders-
Rush orders are not available for a supply store.
Unless adequate arrangements are made PRIOR to ordering, your order will be processed, made, & shipped according to current turnaround time posted.
Items can not be shipped until payment has been received.
Please keep this in mind if you need your item by a certain date.
-Shipping-
Shipments are made within 2 weeks once payment is received. Your purchase will be shipped to the address provided. Please ensure that your address is current to avoid any delays in shipping. Jilly's Supply Drawer is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address or items lost in the mail. Once the item has shipped and the USPS accepts the shipment it is out of our hands. We do not issue refunds for items lost in the mail.
Priority Shipping, which includes $50 insurance, is available upon request.
